Sugar free peanut butter cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup Sucralose (like Splenda) 1 cup Peter Pan Peanut Butter 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F. Mix all ingredients and scoop balls of dough into cookie sheet. Using a fork make criss crosses on the tops. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and set. Let cool for about ten minutes on the pan before transferring to wire rack. Serving Size: Makes 12-15 cookies
