Hollandaise

Ingredients
1/4 cup Egg Beaters1 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth1 Tbsp cornstarch2 Tbsp lemon juice2 Tbsp unsalted butter
Directions
1. In a sauce pan over medium heat combine eggs, cornstarch & broth until thickens & begins boiling about 5 minutes -- whisk continuously to prevent clumping. If clumping occurs you can run the sauce through a wire mesh strainer and stir to get rid of clumps.

2. Remove from heat. Add butter & lemon juice. stir until smooth

3. 1/4 cup sauce is 1 serving
