32 oz Ground beef, lean .5 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 can Canned Tomatoes 2 cup beef bone broth 2 clove Garlic
Cook ground beef and drain all liquid off. Chop all vegetables and place with ground beef, broth, and garlic in large kettle; season as desired ( I used salt, pepper, turmeric and nutmeg). I also added some water to cover all the vegetables. Bring to boil then simmer for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to desired consistency.
