1 bag Veggie Spirals (12 oz uncooked)1/2 Cup each green, red and yellow sweet peppers1/2 Cup chopped black olives12 slices pepperoni (cubed 1/8" )1/2 Cup Newman's Own Lighten Up Italian (plus 2 Tablespoons - I eyeball it)
Follow directions on package to cook spiral pasta. Chop peppers, pepperoni, olives and onion (I like green onion) Mix all ingredients with cooled pasta. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for later.
