Veggie Spiral Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 bag Veggie Spirals (12 oz uncooked)1/2 Cup each green, red and yellow sweet peppers1/2 Cup chopped black olives12 slices pepperoni (cubed 1/8" )1/2 Cup Newman's Own Lighten Up Italian (plus 2 Tablespoons - I eyeball it)
Directions
Follow directions on package to cook spiral pasta. Chop peppers, pepperoni, olives and onion (I like green onion) Mix all ingredients with cooled pasta. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for later.

    I added some tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli & fat free mozzarella. Yummy. I love it! I used bow tie pasta also instead of the spirals. - 4/12/10

    I only used about a 1/4 cup of black olives, but doubled the pepperoni. It's chilling in my fridge right now, and I can't wait to eat it! - 11/6/08
