Ingredients
3.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper16.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.0 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)3.0 serving Trader Joe's Riced Cauliflower1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil pepper halves for 5 minutes Brown beef with onions for 5 minutes, drain grease & return to pan. At salt and pepper. Stir in canned tomatoes(drained) & riced cauliflower. Stuff each pepper half & put in baking dish. Bake for 25-35 minutes.
