Garlic & Herb Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
1/8 cup Olive Oil 1 TBSP Minced Garlic (from Jar)3/4 tsp Kosher Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper, black 1 TBSP Dried Parsley 1 TBSP Dried Basil 1 TBSP Dried Oregano 1 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Onion powder 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Wash potatoes & Quarter.Place potatoes in a bowl with the olive oil & all seasonings (except Parsley & Kosher Salt - Reserve for Last); toss until the potatoes are well coated. Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan and spread out into 1 layer.

Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, then flip with a spatula. Return to oven for another 20 minutes (and Repeat) to ensure even browning. Finally, return to oven for another 10 to 20 minutes or until brown & Crisp.

Remove the potatoes from the oven, toss with parsley & Kosher Salt, season to taste, and serve hot.
