Ingredients
2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.25 cup, mashed Zucchini1.25 cup Summer Squash, Cooked (sliced) (yellow squash; zucchini; squash, NS as to summer or winter)1.0 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)439.0 Grams Beans, red kidney439.0 gram pink beans1.5 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs3.0 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added1.5 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies16.0 oz JennieO Lean Ground Turkey 93/7
Directions
Add all ingredients to crock pot and stir add salt, pepper, chilli powder, cummin, garlic powder to taste. Stir again and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low. Eat on its own with rice, pasta, or some tortilla chips!

Serving Size: Makes about 10 good size servings, but could be more like 12 as well.
