Sugar free Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients
5 1/8th cup of diced Rhubarb1 small box of sugar free jello (your choice of flavor)1 cup of water1 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Add rhubarb, water and spice in a pan and simmer until rhubarb breaks down - about 20 minutes. Take off heat and stir in the dry jello mix. Makes 6 (1/2 cup servings).
