Bueno Caramelized Pearls

Ingredients
12 oz raw pearl onions (I bought them frozen)2 tbsp unpacked Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted, melted 1/4 tsp Morton Iodized Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Directions
1. Melt the butter in a skillet and fry the onions for 10 minutes
2. Add the brown sugar and mix well
3. Same thing with the Dijon Mustard
4. Stir to cook a little then add salt and pepper
5. Stir a bit more and it is done!
