Spaghetti Squash String Pie

Ingredients
1 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 1 cup Kroger parmesan shredded cheese 2.5 cup Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil 3 serving Egg white, large 3 cup Cottage Cheese Low Fat Kroger Brand 8 cup Spaghetti Squash 2 tbsp Butter - Unsalted - Kroger Brand
Directions
Prepare squash (prebake and put out strings). Combine mozzarella and parmesan. When cool, mix with three eggs. Spread in 9x13 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Dot with 2 Tbsp butter. Spread cottage cheese over squash mixture. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese mixture. Top with jar of spaghetti sauce. Top with remaining cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubble. Serving Size: 4 servings
