Ingredients
16.0 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey4.0 oz Radish, Fresh0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh1.0 serving carrot shreds6.0 cup Fresh Express 50/50 Mix (Spring mix and Baby Spinich4.0 serving Old El Paso crunchy taco shell (3 shells=1 serving)4.0 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)
Directions
Chop onions, radishes, mushrooms. Brown turkey and all chopped veggies and shredded carrots in a skillet. When meat is throughly cooked add the taco seasoning to taste, simmer. Take 2 or 3 taco shells and crunch them up, top with 2 cups lettuce add taco meat on top. Use salsa for your dressing.
