4 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat 16 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 4 tbsp Carnation 2% lowfat evaporated milk 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Egg white, large
Soften cream cheese and place in food processor for 1-2 minutes, until smooth. Add brown sugar and process 2 minutes, until smooth. Add pumpkin, vanilla, milk and pumpkin pie spice and process for 1 minute. Add egg and egg white, pulse to combine. Pore filling into pre-made crust and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Center will be somewhat jiggly. Cool and serve.
