Asparagus with procuitto and parmesian

Ingredients
24 spear, small (5" long or less) Asparagus, fresh 8 tsp Cheese-Parmesian Kraft 8 serving Procuitto (1 slice) (by THAILE) 4 tsp Oregano, ground 2 1tsp Olive Oil 4 quarts water (for steaming)
Directions
Using a knife, Cut the woody end of the asparagus off
Fill larger pan with water. Place on stove top over med high heat.
place cooling rack over top of pan.
Place half the asparagus spears on top of the cooling rack, spread evenly.
When water starts to boil place pot lid over asparagus.
On a second stove top place large skillet over medium heat. Add half of olive oil to skillet.
After five minutes, using tong remove asparagus to a plate lined with paper towels.
After two minutes the asparagus should be cool enough to handle. Wrap a slice of procuitto around three asparagus spears. Place the procuitto wrapped asparagus spears seam side down into skillet.
After three minutes turn spears over. Cover spears with half (4tsp) parmesian cheese. Cover with lid. Cook for another five minutes.
Remove lid. Using tongs gently place asparagus to a serving platter.
Repeat with second half of asparagus spears.
