Actually, measurements are: 1/4 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Unflavored Protein Powder
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 large Eggs
1/4-1/3 cup Sparkling Water chilled
In a mixing bowl, add the salt, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder and whisk together.
Add the eggs and sparkling water and whisk well. Set aside for 10 minutes.
