Warm Vanilla Berries

Ingredients
One box of Sugar Free Jell-O cook and serve pudding Vanilla (It has to be cook and serve, not instant)Two cups of milk1 Cup frozen blueberries1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
This makes 4 servings
Separate your berries evenly among 4 ramakins
Mix pudding and cinnamon and add to milk in a saucepan. Prepare according to package directions. Pour pudding over frozen berries and let set on counter until set a bit and cooled enough to eat.

Then eat while slightly warm and blueberries are thawed.

I think I'll experiment next with chocolate pudding and frozen strawberries or raspberries!

    Made this last night for the whole family plus guests (6), I increased the milk by about a cup according to the directions on the pudding box, used mixed frozen berries for the bottom, and then topped it with some black currants from my garden which I simmered in a little chianti with a little sugar - 8/19/08
