Italian Cauliflower

1 med head of cauliflower, broken into bite size florets6 cloves, slices2 tbs olive oil1.5 tbs fresh rosemary, or to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Blanche the cauliflower quickly in boiling water and drain immediately.
Heat the olive oil over high heat with the garlic in the pan.
Once the garlic starts to become burnt add the cauliflower, salt, pepper and rosemary.
Saute until done to your taste. The garlic will be burnt & should not be eaten unless you want to.
Makes approximately 4 1-cup servings.
