Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 slice, thin Onions, raw 411 grams Stewed Tomatoes 1.5 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Tomato Sauce, 1/4 cup 1 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 1.5 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Granular (by KINSPAPPY) 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw
Directions
Saute onion and garlic, add remaining ingredients, cover, cook 15 minutes. Cool, puree, warm up to serve

    Last night I made a tomato soup recipe after looking through many on line. I used mostly tomatoes. (Juice, diced that I pureed, and paste). IT called for chicken broth but I did use water. Would have been better with the broth, I am sure but still good. Will give this one a try. - 3/14/20
