* Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Organic, Regular, 1 serving * *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., 1 serving * SMUCKERS Sugar-Free Breakfast Syrup, 1/4 cup, .25 serving * *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, .5 tsp * *Horizon Organic Fat Free Milk, .25 cup
Directions
Makes 1 serving

1) Boil 1/2 cup water.
2) Add water to the oatmeal.
3) Add splenda, syrup, flaxseed and mix.
4) When oats are cooked, add fat free milk.
