Vegetable egg white burritos

Ingredients
1.0 serving SAMS little potatoes105.0 Grams Onions, raw62.0 Grams Asparagus, fresh0.5 cup ReddiEgg 100% Egg Whites3.0 serving Oscar Mayer 96% Fat Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast & White Turkey Lunch Meat4.0 serving Tumaro's Multi-Grain Low-in-Carb wraps1 roma tomato
Directions
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to medium heat pan. Add asparagus, onion and potatoes. When they're almost fully cooked add one roma tomato. Continue cooking until all ingredients are cooked. Add a pinch of salt and egg whites. Cooked till done. Warmup up tortilla wraps in microwave or on top of stove for 30 to 40 sec. Add a few tablespoons depending how thick you prefer the burrito. Makes 4 burritos.
