Ingredients
1 serving(s) Butternut squash 1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray 0.25 tsp Paprika 0.2 tsp Chili powder 0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
Directions
Heat oven to 450. Cut squash into fourths Clean out seeds and peel. (I portion per person.) slice lengthwise into French Fry strips. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Place fries in single layer. Spray with olive oil cooking spray. Mix spices and spread over fries. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Serving Size: 1 quarter of medium squash equals 1 serving
