Thousand Island Dressing - no fat or dairy

Ingredients
1.5 cup Cannellini Beans or any white bean4 date Dates 2 cloves Garlic 2 TBS tomato paste1/2 tsp Soy sauce (tamari) 1/4 cup red wine vinegar1/2 tsp dry mustard
Directions
Put beans and dates in blender and process til smooth. Add water as needed. Add rest of ingredients and process again.
