Ingredients
3 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh 5 clove Garlic 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce 6 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 4 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of vegetables oils (Soybean, Canola & Olive) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp michiu distilled spirit of rice 6 serving Nature’s Soy Fried Tofu 3 servings per pkg
Directions
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan (or a well-seasoned cast-iron pan) and fry the tofu pieces until golden brown. Set aside. For now, I bought Fried Tofu.

Sauté garlic and chilies until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Then add the braising sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil.

Return the tofu to the pan, reduce heat, and simmer until the sauce is reduced by half, about 10 minutes.

Add the scallions, mix well, and cook for another minute. Turn off heat, transfer to a serving plate and serve with steamed white rice.
