Ingredients
2 oz. Cajun Chicken Breast2 cups chopped Iceberg Lettuce 1 slice Tomato - cubed2 T. Hidden Valley Light Ranch1/2 c. chopped onions
Directions
Cut up lettuce and tomato for salad. Cook chicken breast and onion in fry pan. Top salad with warm chicken, and top with dressing.

Can also top with low fat cheese.
