Chicken with pineapple

300g chicken brest fillet, cut in thin stripes;1 cup pineapple, diced;1cup sweet red pepper, sliced;1 medium white onion, chopped;3 cloves of garlic4 tbs Hoisin Sauce,lemon grasscooking spray
Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray, stir fry onion and caspicum with garlic and lemon grass for 10 min, add meat and cook for other 10 min stirring until the chicken is cooked, add hoisin souce and stir to distribute evenly, add some hot water if desire (for more juice), add pineapple, cook for another 2 minutes and serve immediately with brown rice.
