Ingredients
6 large eggs 2 cups THM Baking Blend 1 1/2 cups almond milk, unsweetened3 Tbsp THM Super Sweet2 tsp cinnamon, ground 4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup, chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Whisk eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except for 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. Pour into baking dish & sprinkle with reserved cinnamon. Bake for 30 min. Cut into 6 servings. Top with butter and THM homemade syrup to keep this an "S" breakfast.
