2 fruit without refuse Mangos 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 6 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 cup passion fruit pulp with no added sugar or additives (frozen section of grocery store)2 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener 1 fl oz Vodka 3 small limes, juice
Push the passion fruit pulp through a ricer or sieve to separate the seeds from the pulp. The seeds are edible, but they can plug up the ice cream maker.
Add all ingredients to blender and pulse till smooth (about 2 minutes). should result in about 1 quart (32 oz) of mixtures. Pour into an ice cream freezer and set to sorbet setting. Turn it on.
