2 cups of canned fava beans1 clove of garlicjuice of 1 lemondash of salt dash of cumin1 tbsp of olive oilparsley for garniture
Directions
drain fava . put it in a bowl
mix lemon juice garlic half the quantity of olive oil salt and cumin well
add the mixture to the beans and mix well
garnish with parsley
serve with onion and tomatoes
