Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cup Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice 0.66 cup Peas and carrots, frozen 2 clove Garlic 6 oz Hormel Always Tender Original Pork Tenderloin 0.33 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 0.5 flowerets Cauliflower, cooked
Directions
Cook rice
Finely dice pork, onion and cauliflower
Sweat out onions for a few minutes
Add garlic and cook until fragrant
Add peas and carrots cook until thawed
Stir in rice and pork, heat through.
Serve
