Healthy chopped salad

Ingredients
1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 gram(s) Almonds Mariani Premium Sliced Almonds (1/4c) 1 serving Meijer Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds, 1 oz/about 3 Tbsp 1 cup, chopped Kale 4 tbsp Parsley 1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) 2 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 0.33 cup Craisens, Dried Cranberrys (Ocean Spray) 1/3 C (by SERVINGTHRUPT) 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Directions
Combine broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, kale and parsley in a food processor. Pulse briefly for a tabouli type texture. Transfer to large bowl and add almonds, sunflower seeds and Craisens. Toss. stir together lemon juice ( I used 1/2 cup fresh), maple syrup, and vinegar. Pour over salad and toss . Salt and pepper to taste.
