16 oz Jimmy Dean All Natural Regular Pork Sausage 4 oz Cream Cheese 0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup chicken stock (homemade) 0.8 grams Xanthan Gum - Hodgson Mill (0.8gram/.25tsp)
In skillet brown sausage.
Remove sausage from pan.
With remaining grease whisk cream cheese and HWC until melted and combined. Add chicken stock let simmer for 10 mins. Whisking gently. And salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle on xanthan gum and whisk to dissolve. Add sausage to the gravy let simmer until thickened.
When reheating after refrigeration add 2 tablespoons of chicken broth/stock per serving of gravy to thin out the gravy as it will be too thick from cooling.
