Ingredients
Ingredients:~ Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 8 oz ~Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup~egg white, fresh, 3 large ~Garlic, 2 tsp ~Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped ~Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped~Mushrooms, fresh, 0.75 cup pieces~Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
Directions
Scramble the egg whites
In another pan, spray some non-stick cooking spray, and add the chicken, rice, onions and garlic. let it heat up. add the scrambled egg and mix well. then add the veggies and heat thru!! thats all!
