Ingredients
2.5 cup Lentils 2 tbsp Butter, salted 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup Spinach, fresh 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .3 serving Safeway Yellow Fleshed Yellow Potatoes (5 potatoes) 3 tbsp Cumin seed 2 tbsp Thyme, ground 2 tbsp Garlic powder 3 tbsp Curry powder 1 tbsp Salt 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 16 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
Directions
Cook chicken and oil first. add half of the spices to flavor the chicken. Pour in everything. Save the tomato for last. eat in less than an hour. Even better the next day.
