Ingredients
Eggs, Onions, Green Peppers, Tomatoes, Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb, cayenne pepper, and salsa. Optional: Cheese if wanted. (not included in Nutritional Value)
Directions
Makes one serving. Spray a skillet with non stick spray. Beat eggs and chop veggies. Remove the seeds and gel from the tomatoes (it lessens the water and helps the eggs cook through). Turn the fire on high, pre heat pan, then lower to Med. Add eggs, then add the veggies. Cook until desired doneness. Plate and top with salsa. Enjoy!
