Crustless swiss onion quiche

Ingredients
6 serving JUMBO EGGS, FRESH (1 egg- 63g) 1 large Onions, raw 1 tbsp Butter, salted 8 oz Swiss Cheese 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Shred cheese, arrange in glass pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Saute' onions in butter until translucent, spread on cheese. Beat eggs and cream together, pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees until puffed and set, about 45-50 minutes. Done when pulling away from sides and browned on top.
