Avocado Corn Salad

Ingredients
1 avocado, peeled, seed removed, and diced1 can yellow corn, drained1/2 c scallions, thinly sliced1 c halved cherry tomatoes (optional)1 can black beans, drained and rinsedjuice of 1 lemon1 T lemon pepper seasoning (or to taste)
Directions
Prepare ingredients as listed above.
Mix in large bowl and chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve as a side dish, on a salad, as a dip with chips...it's up to you!
This recipe is easily doubled.
