Potato soup with sausage

Ingredients
1 lb Italian Sausage, pork 5 medium Red Potatoes cut in 1 inch cubes5 medium Safeway Yellow Fleshed Yellow Potatoes cut in 1\3 inch slices1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw cut in half then sliced8 cups Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth1 tbsp Dill weed, dried 2 tsp Garlic 2 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
Directions
Saute and break up sausage and onions until meat no longer pink. Add4 cups Broth and sliced potatoes. Bring up a boil and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Meanwhile put cubed potatoes in separate pot with 3 cups Broth and boil until potatoes are tender, do not drain. Lightly mash , !eaving chunky and somewhat liquid.
Add to sausage mixture when those potatoes are tender. Mix well to thicken.
Toss in chopped kale and simmer 10 more benefits serving.
