Breakfast muffin with Prosciutto, egg and carmelized onions

5 slices onion, thin1 piece of prosciutto - 1 oz1 hard boiled egg1 whole wheat english muffin1t part skim shredded mozzarella1t light butter spread
Prepare hard boiled egg per your liking.
Mix spread and sliced onions. Cook in microwave at Power 5 for 5-7 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Lightly toast english muffin. On one side of muffin, layer prosciutto and cheese. Melt cheese under toaster.
Slice hard boiled egg and place on muffin. Top with carmelized onions.
