Fast Ceasar Salad

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving egg yolk from one raw large egg: approx.2/3 ounces / 17 grams .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 tbsp lemon juice - 1 tbsp=15gr (by JINNYJAN) 3 cup *Fresh Express Premium Romaine 1 clove Garlic

Grate the cheese, I used a very fine grate so doubt the cheese values as high as suggests here.
In large salad bowl place romaine, pour olive oil with garlic over the romaine and toss, vigorously. Add the egg yolk and the lemon at the same time, toss again. Add the cheese and toss. Serve with coarsely ground pepper. Note that no croutons were used.
