Ingredients
4 medium Carrots, raw...sliced thin 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw...sliced thin 2 clove Garlic...minced small 4 cup Baby Spinach, fresh 4 cup swansons unsalted chicken broth 1 serving cauliflower...whole head...large...sliced thin into bite-size pieces 1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw..diced small. 4-6 cups of water...as neededblack pepperBay leafCostco organic no-salt seasoning *I added 2 Turkey Wing bones (no meat on them) to add extra flavor.
Directions
Heat broth...add all veggies & ingredients....bring to boil & simmer for 1 hour.
