Ingredients
4 Turkey Breast Cutlets (16-20 oz) 25 Rosemary and Olive Oil pretzel crisps - about 3/4 cup2.5 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
Directions
Crack egg into bowl and lightly stir; put crushed pretzel crisps in another bowl
1. Dip turkey cutlet in egg
2. Dip turkey cutlet in pretzel crisp crumbs
3. Place cutlets in pan with olive oil
4. Cook on medium heat until turkey is cooked through
