Fried Cod - homemade breaded fish fillets

1 tbsp Olive Oil 24 oz Cod (fish) .5 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) .5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 5 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black .5 tsp Baking Powder .5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
mix the dry ingredients together then add egg and milk. Mix until smooth then let rest for 20 minutes. Cut fillets into serving size pieces. Heat oil up to 350. I use more oil but only about 1T is used for most of the frying. Dredge fish in mixture and pan fry until golden brown. Put on paper towels to get as much grease off as possible. I then cool mine, flash freeze them to use as I want to. Reheat for a8bout 25 minutes at 350 in oven.
