(Frozen) Cauliflower Pizza Crust II

Ingredients
1 Bag Riced Cauliflower (10oz bag), thawed1 Egg, lg1/2 cup Simply Nature Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
In a skillet toast cauliflower rice to remove excess moisture, about 3 to 4 minutes. Once toasted, allowed to completely cool. Add egg and cheese. Combine to form into dough shape. Line baking sheet with parchment; spray with nonstick spray. Add dough and form a thin crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 2.
