Light Quesedilla Ground beef

2 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g 5 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 4 tbsp Salsa .25 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 2 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
brown and drain the grease from lean ground beef
add onions and bell pepper until softened
add seasoning mix with amount of water stated on package
add salsa
put tortilla in a skillet, warm on one side and flip
place half of the filling mixture on one half of the tortilla
top with cheese and fold over the tortilla
lightly brown on both sides.
