1.0 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.0 tsp Salt1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap500.0 Grams Lamb, variety meats and by-products, mechanically separated2.0 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon
Directions
Cut the meat into small bite sizes then wash and clean thoroughly Steam the meat with salt, knorr and onion Then add water, peppers, peppersoup spices and oil Cover and leave to boil till meat is soft and tender Serving Size: 1 cup makes a serving
