Ingredients
1/3 cup reduced fat vanilla yogurt1/2 cup crushed canned pineapple1 Tablespoon toasted coconut
Directions
Toast coconut by placing coconut in small dry skillet and cook, stirring often, until golden brown, about 5 minutes, or spread in a shallow baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F until light golden brown and fragrant, 5 to 10 minutes.

Top yogurt with pineapple and coconut.
