Ingredients
1 organic Haas avocado, pitted and lightly mashed1 medium organic tomato, diced1 small bunch organic cilantro, chopped1 clove organic garlic, mincedjuice of 1 organic limedash of sea salt
Directions
Cut the avocado in half and twist open. Remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. add the remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Serve with organic tortilla chips or scoop onto a bed of romaine lettuce. 4 servings
