Ingredients
3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 3 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1) .75 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions
Soak a boneless pork chop in water with a few red pepper flakes for a few hours. Pat dry and rub both sides of pork chop. Broil until cooked. Time will depend on thickness of chop.
