Courgette (Zucchini) and Couscous

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil175g Cooked Couscous1 Courgette (Zucchini)1 tbsp Pine Nuts1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
Directions
1. Boil 150ml of water and pour it on the couscous. Leave to one side.
2. Fry Courgette until brown.
3. Put both on a plate and sprinkle with the seeds.
