1 cup, sliced Mangos (1 mango may be a bit more) 1 Fresh Medium Tomato, Roma is best but any kind will do.1 Large Jalapeno Pepper 1 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 2 tbsp Cilantro, Fresh
Soak lime in warm water to soften it up.
Peel and dice mango into small cubes.
Dice tomatoes into small cubes. Sprinkle with salt and place in colander to drain extra juice off tomato.
Finely dice the jalapeņo.
Place all ingredients into bowl. Add fresh cilantro to taste.
Cut lime in half and drizzle lime over salsa ingredients.
Serving Size: 4 1/4 to 1/3 cup servings
