0.2 cup Rice flour, white1.0 tbsp Besan1.0 cup Boiled Moong Beans28.0 gram(s) Quaker Instant Oatmeal Regular1.0 dash Salt3.0 tsp Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Soak moong beans overnight in equal amount of water. Grind the moong beans and oats with some salt, spices as per your taste and make a thick paste. Take 4 tsp rice flour, 1 tsp besan (gram flour) and add 1 cup of water. Mix the moong and oat paste to this and make a runny batter by adding one more cup of water. Heat the pan and add 1 tsp ghee and then put the batter to make delicious healthy chillas
